RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Jouvence, Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Exchange and Return Conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Products Only: We accept exchanges or returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for any other reasons.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please note that a 40 INR (packaging cost) cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

No Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction within 5–7 days after cancellation.

Required Documentation for Exchanges and Returns

First-Time Unboxing Video and Photos: To process an exchange or return, you must take a clear, unedited video of the first-time unboxing of both the package and the products. The video should show the package being opened for the first time and the products being removed. Any product damage must be clearly visible in the video during the unboxing process. There should be no cuts or edits in the video. Videos made after opening, checking, repackaging, and then recording will not be accepted. Additionally, please take four (4) photos of the package and products to showcase the condition of the items received.

Submission Guidelines

Time Frame: All evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Review and Replacement Process

Evidence Review: Upon receiving your submission, our team will promptly review the provided evidence.

Replacement Dispatch: If the claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Right to Decline Refunds

Policy Enforcement: We reserve the right to decline a refund if the delivered goods are undamaged and meet the specifications of your order, or if we determine that the return request is not valid and is based on false claims.

No Refund Policy for Exchanges

Refunds Not Provided for Exchanges: We do not offer refunds for exchanged products. Exchanges are processed only for cases involving damaged or incorrect products as specified above.
